In addition to the previously announced remote monitoring vendors, we have made arrangement to include support for Mobiltex corView web service in the next version of ProActive. We will be taking advantage of its capability to email an archive of all the readings periodically. ProActive users will set up an email account to be the target of these messages and configure ProActive with the account information. ProActive will then monitor that email account and post any readings that arrive.
The revised list of supported remote monitoring vendors is now:
- Abriox
- Bullhorn
- TEMC
- WatchdogCP
- Mobiltex corView
We expect to be testing this new functionality over the next month or so and should start incorporating it into new version of ProActive during the mid-summer 2009. Thanks to all the vendors for their great cooperation!
