Today we have introduced new pricing on the G1 software suite and are now offering ala carte pricing on the individual programs. These changes only affect purchase prices of the software. Lease price of the G1 Software Suite will remain unchanged at US$ 1,600/yr. Price of the G1 hardware is also unchanged. The details are as follows:

     G1 Software Suite Purchase  US$ 4,500 (down from $6,400)
          with support contract pricing of $675/yr starting year 2

     G1 Test Site Survey (G1SS)  US$ 1,500 with support of $225/yr

     G1 Pipeline Survey (G1PLS)  US$ 1,500 with support of $225/yr

     G1 Chart Recorder (G1SDL)  US$ 1,500 with support of $225/yr

We have updated the online store and the G1 Confguration Wizard to reflect these prices.

Again, thanks to all those who have extended their support during this time of transition for the M. C. Miller company. Our friend and CEO, Mark Miller, made many contributions to the corrosion control and cathodic protection industries. Many have asked if they can contribute something towards Mark's legacy and our friend Stephanie Decker, a former employee of the company, suggested setting up a scholarship fund in Mark Miller's name. We are now in the process of setting this up and have a address where you can send your contribution.

In addition to the previously announced remote monitoring vendors, we have made arrangement to include support for Mobiltex corView web service in the next version of ProActive. We will be taking advantage of its capability to email an archive of all the readings periodically. ProActive users will set up an email account to be the target of these messages and configure ProActive with the account information. ProActive will then monitor that email account and post any readings that arrive.
